Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the recipient of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the recipient and is neither the responsibility nor liability of the Minister, Alicia Rammel.
This service is not meant to be a substitute for counseling or treatment for suicidal ideation, or severe psychiatric problems. This service is an excellent way to gather individualized information by which decisions can be made. When asking for ACIM or Biblical based counseling assistance, advice, or coaching on a personal problem, it’s important the user understand the limitations of discussions when using this service. Because of the nature of this type of counseling, the user may not provide all information to us. This prevents us from providing the user with maximum effectiveness.
No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the party requesting such advice agrees not to hold the Minister Alicia Rammel responsible or liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord. The method and process by which this advice and direction are given in no way would constitute an agreement or liability on the part of the provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than a one-on-one clinical or psychological counseling process.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alicia Rammel and Spiritual Unfoldment, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

No reason for this refusal need be given.
Harassment in any manner or form on the site or of Alicia Rammel, including via e-mail, chat, text, or telephone, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden and is cause for immediate cessation of therapy without financial reimbursment. Impersonation of others, including Alicia Rammel, Spiritual Unfoldment, or other employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors by creation of false email addresses, social network sites, or websites on the site or on the internet is prohibited.
Harassment is defined as:
76-9-201. Electronic communication harassment--Definitions--Penalties(1) As used in this section:
(a) “Adult” means a person 18 years of age or older.
(b) “Electronic communication” means any communication by electronic, electro-mechanical, or electro-optical communication device for the transmission and reception of audio, image, or text but does not include broadcast transmissions or similar communications that are not targeted at any specific individual.
(c) “Electronic communication device” includes telephone, facsimile, electronic mail, or pager.
(d) “Minor” means a person who is younger than 18 years of age.
(2) A person is guilty of electronic communication harassment and subject to prosecution in the jurisdiction where the communication originated or was received if with intent to annoy, alarm, intimidate, offend, abuse, threaten, harass, frighten, or disrupt the electronic communications of another, the person:
(a)(i) makes repeated contact by means of electronic communications, whether or not a conversation ensues; or
(ii) after the recipient has requested or informed the person not to contact the recipient, and the person repeatedly or continuously:
(A) contacts the electronic communication device of the recipient; or
(B) causes an electronic communication device of the recipient to ring or to receive other notification of attempted contact by means of electronic communication;
(b) makes contact by means of electronic communication and insults, taunts, or challenges the recipient of the communication or any person at the receiving location in a manner likely to provoke a violent or disorderly response;
(c) makes contact by means of electronic communication and threatens to inflict injury, physical harm, or damage to any person or the property of any person; or
(d) causes disruption, jamming, or overload of an electronic communication system through excessive message traffic or other means utilizing an electronic communication device
Harassment is unwanted, unwelcomed and uninvited behavior that demeans, threatens or offends the victim and results in a hostile environment for the victim. Harassing behavior may include, but is not limited to, epithets, derogatory comments or slurs and lewd propositions, assault, impeding or blocking movement, offensive touching or any physical interference with normal work or movement, and visual insults, such as derogatory posters or cartoons
As a client, You agree that Alicia Rammel has the authority and ability to decide as a professional what is suitable for treatment and agree to undergo this form of therapy at Your own risk.
Alicia Rammel does not directly or indirectly practice medicine or dispense medical advice or medical services as part of its web site or any email newsletter distribution.
You are advised to have regular, periodic, and thorough physical examinations by your physician. Alicia Rammel does not assume responsibility for problems of medical, psychogenic, or functional origins. Alicia Rammel, C.Ht. is not a medical doctor. She claims no formal training in psychology or in medicine. As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Ordained Minister, and Intuitive, Alicia Rammel does not diagnose disease. Alicia offers services based solely on her Intuitive Gifts, education and training in Hynotherapy, Past Life Regression, Soul Retrieval, and Reiki, and various skills which have been developed over 8 years of experience in private practice and continuous education in seminars regarding metaphysical and alternative healing subject matter. Alicia will not diagnose, but will refer clients to a licensed medical practitioner for diagnostic tests and treatment if necessary. Alicia believes that energy medicine works well in congruence and partnership with western medicine and therapy and does not replace or serve as a substitute for any medical advice given to a client by a medical doctor or any other licensed practitioner.
Alicia makes no projections or estimates as to how well you will do or the level of success you might achieve in having any one service or a combination of different healing modality services with her.
My mission is to share with you my experiences and the education, Gifts, and Divine Guidance that I have found to be successful on my personal healing journey. I tell my clients that the level of success they achieve is determined by their personal willingness to DO THE WORK, to have open communication in a session, to be transparent and honest with me, to be committed to self, to seek Higher knowledge, to eat a healthy diet and to be conscious of their environment, however, there are outside factors beyond my control. Although most of us wish it were not so, healing and self-development are not overnight processes. Anyone who decides to take control of their life and commits to healing any issues of mind, body, or spirit must expect to invest a great deal of time; most of us did not become wounded over night, we have harbored pain for many years and sometimes lifetimes. A client is expected to take responsibility for their own healing and not rely solely on the me as the therapist to work magic ---producing a life change overnight. The client must be willing to look deeply at what they believe, question how that belief has served them, be willing to make change, and trust in the process that IS healing--- without any guarantee.
Self-improvement does not happen by itself. It’s work. I am an authority in my work and an Ordained Minister of God, using methods of healing I have devised from combining my own personal techniques for healing that have worked, with training and education in hypnotherapy, regression, soul retrieval, and reiki. I use techniques that I have found, after 8 years of experience, that have helped many clients break through the cycles and patterns that have lead to a life of self destruction. The methods I use have given way to a newly empowered sense of self, a True sense of freedom, and prosperity in mind, body, and spirit in many clients. However, there is no promise, as every soul is different, and every person has the free will to do or not do the work required when alone in their own private life.
I am not able to give 24 hour 'on call' assistance. If you feel you are in a state of crisis or that there is a medical or psychological emergency, the services of a competent licensed professional should be used. I am available during business hours only for clients.
If You have been diagnosed with any previous conditions or mental illness, I will work in conjunction with--not in place of--Your current medical caregiver. When counseling beyond that which is within my training and scope of expertise as a hypnotherapist or as an Ordained Minister is required, You will be referred to Your doctor for further treatment or referred to a licensed professional Counselor.
Every effort is made to explain the methods I use for healing. My intention is to make it as clear and easy as possible. However, as with all self-improvement counselors, courses, books, teachers, seminars, etc., I can offer no assurances that you will meet with success. I shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the information contained on this site or given during a Ministerial or Hypnotherapy session.

Refund Policy and Replacement Policy
I make no guarantees, warranties, or promises about a client's healing or recovery, as I am unable to be with someone 24 hours a day to see to their personal choices. The user agrees that the use of all, or part, of the service is entirely at the user’s own risk. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the recipient of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the recipient and is neither the responsibility nor liability of the Minister, Alicia Rammel. There is no refund for any service or session once the session has been completed to the satisfaction of Alicia Rammel.
In the unlikely event of a treatment not being effective no refunds will be given as the client is paying for Alicia Rammel's time not the treatment outcome.
All pre-paid sessions or sessions in which a practitioner is asked to commit to several sessions in advance are non-refundable. They may be transferred to a Spiritual Unfoldment Gift Certificate to be used at a later date (up to 6 months) or the session may be rescheduled.
Alicia Rammel makes no guarantees or promises as to when a channeled message will be received and delivered. Alicia will do her best to have the message to the client within the estimated two week time period, but makes no guarantees about when the message will actually be delivered. By paying for a channeled message You agree to do so at Your own risk knowing and acknowledging that there is no refund given when the message has not been delivered within the estimated time frame OR within a time frame a client believes is acceptable. Channeled messages can sometimes be delayed due to a need for Divine Timing, and the client agrees this time frame is not known to Alicia Rammel. All messages paid for WILL be received; Alicia Rammel makes no guarantees as to date of delivery. The client agrees to the terms stated here when purchasing a message. All readings are for entertainment purposes only. There are no guarantees of accuracy or timeliness with regard to any readings given by her. She is not responsible for any information passed on during readings or any interpretations or perceptions made by a client with regard to said readings.
Meditation benches may be returned if the size is not correct and a replacement bench will be made and shipped in a time that is not to exceed 3 weeks. We will first attempt to replace a bench with a new bench if there is a problem with the size, or function of the bench; and if there is still a problem after the second bench is shipped, we will refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling of benches are the responsibility of the client.
In the event that a meditation bench delivered via postal mail, Federal Express, or UPS, is damaged upon receiving it, we will issue a replacement of damaged product if it’s returned within 7 days of purchase. Client agrees to pay shipping and handling.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. Full payment will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Any appointment made the same day, and not kept will be charged for the full time of the appointment. Cancellation must be in writing and emailed to Alicia Rammel. No refund will be issued without complying with the cancellation policy. All sales final.
Alicia Rammel may at her discretion waive this fee if you are unable to attend a session for any reason that in her opinion was unavoidable. Deposits may be requested against attendance at future appointments.
I understand that Alicia Rammel is a spiritual growth advisor and Ministerial Counselor, not a mental health service provider.
The word "counseling" is used in a general sense of describing an in-depth, one on one relationship and is not a medical term.
I am entering this treatment for spiritual growth and do not hold Alicia Rammel or her staff responsible for the treatment of any physical or mental illness.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the contact form or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Alicia Rammel without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
